Reach Your Goals with a BSN degree from Regis
Regis University’s Accelerated BSN program offers students the opportunity to complete the Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in one year. Any student who holds a bachelor’s degree in a field other than nursing is eligible to apply for this accelerated nursing program.
You’ll gain crucial insights into health promotion and disease prevention through a BSN curriculum that includes both classroom instruction and clinical experiences, including three graduate-level nursing courses.

Clinical EducationStudents complete over 750 hours of clinical education to learn hands-on skills in real health care settings. The final 180 hours will be spent one-on-one with a clinical preceptor at a selected site. Clinicals are primarily held Monday-Friday, but some rotations are occasionally on evenings and/or weekends.
Program LengthOne year of full-time study for individuals with a prior non-nursing bachelor's degree and program-specific prerequisites. Graduates are awarded the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree with eligibility to take the national licensing examination (NCLEX-RN).
AccreditationThe Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice programs at Regis University’s Loretto Heights School of Nursing are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).

Prerequisites
All prerequisites must be completed before starting the program and can be applied as transfer credit from your prior degree. At least three of the four science prerequisites must be completed by the application deadline. Any remaining prerequisites should be planned or in progress by the application deadline.
